Calm Hem .

- The vendor came back and said, "Thank you for being so understanding. You're the first person who reacted like this. Most people would've yelled at me."

H em was a guy who got angry easily. Like… really easily. Small things could set him off, and once he was angry, there was no stopping him.
One day, Hem went to a super-busy food stall to grab lunch. He was starving and all he wanted was his favourite dish. The place was crowded, people were pushing, and the vendor was rushing around.
As Hem stood there waiting, disaster struck.
The vendor accidentally spilled hot soup all over Hem's brand-new shirt. Not just a few drops-the whole shirt was ruined.
Hem felt his blood boil. He was furious. He was just about to shout and lose it big time.
But then-something stopped him.
He remembered his grandma's words:
"Stay calm. It's the best way to fix things."
Hem paused. He took a deep breath, relaxed his shoulders, and let the anger pass. Then he looked at the vendor and said calmly,
"It's okay. Accidents happen. Can I still get my food?"
The vendor was shocked. He looked truly sorry.
"I'm really, really sorry," he said. "Please forgive me."
To make up for it, the vendor gave Hem a free meal and handed him a bunch of napkins to clean his shirt.
As Hem sat down to eat, he felt something strange-he felt calm and happy. That surprised him. He had expected to feel angry, but instead, he felt peaceful. That's when he realized something important: staying calm had made the situation much better.
Hem's friends had been watching everything. They rushed over and said,
"Dude! How did you stay so calm?"
Hem smiled and told them about his grandma's advice. His friends nodded in agreement.
"Man, staying calm really is the best way to handle tough situations," one of them said.
Hem felt proud of himself. He knew he could handle things better next time too.
"My grandma says calmness is a superpower," Hem told them.
"It actually is, dude," his friends laughed.
The vendor came back and said,
"Thank you for being so understanding. You're the first person who reacted like this. Most people would've yelled at me."
Hem smiled and replied,
"It's okay. We all make mistakes. Just be a little more careful next time."
Hem enjoyed his lunch and walked away feeling good. His friends were inspired and started trying to stay calm in tough situations too. Soon, they even gave him a new nickname-"Calm Hem."
From that day on, Hem made a real effort to stay calm whenever things went wrong. Traffic jams didn't bother him much anymore. Bad hair days didn't ruin his mood. Even when his phone broke, he handled it like a pro.
People began to notice the change.
"Yo, Hem's got his cool back!" they said.
Hem's grandma was happy too. She smiled and said,
"I told you, beta-calmness is the way."
Hem hugged her and replied,
"You're the best, Grandma."
