અનોખું સાહસ .

- એક વાર્તા... બે ભાષામાં!

- એક દિવસ રણમાં ભયાનક વાવાઝોડું આવ્યું અને ચંપક ફસાઈ ગયો. ફિરોઝે પોતાની પીઠ પર ચંપકને બેસાડયો અને તેને સુરક્ષિત રીતે ગામ સુધી લઈ ગયો. ગામના લોકો આ જોઈને બોલી ઊઠયા, 'જ્યાં ઊંટ અને ઉંદર મિત્ર બની શકે, ત્યાં કોઈ ભેદભાવ ન હોઈ શકે.'

એ ક વખતની વાત છે, એક રણમાં એક ઊંચું અને ધીરજવાન ઊંટ રહેતું હતું, એનું નામ હતું ફિરોઝ. 

ફિરોઝને વાદળી આકાશ, પીળું રણ અને લાંબી મુસાફરી ગમતી હતી. 

તેનો સ્વભાવ ધીરજવાન ખરો, પણ તેના પર ક્યારેક ઉદાસીનતા છવાયેલી રહેતી.

એ રણના છેવાડે એક ગામ હતું. ત્યાં એક ઉંદર રહેતો હતો-એનું નામ ચંપક. 

ચંપક બહુ જ ઉત્સાહી, વાતોડિયો અને સાથે સાથે વિચારશીલ હતો. 

એનો અવાજ નાનો હતો પણ દિલ બહુ મોટું હતું.

એક દિવસે ચંપક બળબળતા બપોરે રણમાં ખોવાઈ ગયો. 

ફિરોઝ ઊંટે દૂરથી જોઈ લીધું કે એક નાનકડો જીવ રસ્તાની કોરે છાયા વગર પડયો છે. 

ફિરોઝે પોતાના પગલાં ધીમાં કર્યાં અને ચંપકને પોતાની છાયામાં લઈ ગયો. ચંપકે આશ્ચર્યથી પૂછયું, 'તમે કોણ છો? શું તમે મારો શિકાર કરવા માગો છો?'

ફિરોઝ હળવા હાસ્ય સાથે બોલ્યો, 'ના ભાઈ, હું તને મારી નાખવા નહીં, પણ તને બચાવવા આવ્યો છું.'

'પણ તમે તો કેટલાં મોટાં છો અને હું કેટલો નાનો!' ચંપકે આશ્ચર્યથી કહ્યું.

ફિરોઝ બોલ્યો, 'મહાનતા કદમાં નથી, હૃદયમાં હોય છે.' એ પછી બંને વચ્ચે એક મીઠી મિત્રતા ઊભી થઈ. 

ચંપકે ઊંટને હસતા રહેવાની રીત શીખવાડી અને ઊંટે ચંપકને ધીરજ તથા સરળતાનું મૂલ્ય શીખવ્યું.

એક દિવસ રણમાં ભયાનક વાવાઝોડું આવ્યું અને ચંપક ફસાઈ ગયો. ફિરોઝે પોતાની પીઠ પર ચંપકને બેસાડયો અને તેને સુરક્ષિત રીતે ગામ સુધી લઈ ગયો. 

ગામના લોકો આ જોઈને બોલી ઊઠયા, 'જ્યાં ઊંટ અને ઉંદર મિત્ર બની શકે, ત્યાં કોઈ ભેદભાવ ન હોઈ શકે.'

બોધ

મહાન મિત્રતા કદ કે શક્તિથી નહીં, પરંતુ પ્રેમ અને સમજદારીથી ઊભી થાય છે.

Unique Adventure

One day, a terrible storm came in the desert and Champak got trapped. Firoz made Champak sit on his back and took him safely to the village. Seeing this, the village people cried out, "Where a camel and a mouse can become friends, there can be no discrimination."

O nce upon a time, a tall and patient camel lived in a desert; his name was Firoz. Firoz liked the blue sky, the yellow desert, and long journeys. His nature was indeed patient, but sometimes a sadness remained cast over him.

At the edge of that desert, there was a village. A mouse lived there-his name was Champak. Champak was very enthusiastic, talkative, and at the same time, thoughtful. His voice was small, but his heart was very big.

One day, Champak got lost in the desert during a scorching afternoon. Firoz the camel saw from afar that a tiny creature was lying by the side of the path without any shade. Firoz slowed his steps and took Champak into his shade. Champak asked with surprise, "Who are you? Do you want to hunt me?"

Firoz spoke with a gentle smile, "No brother, I have not come to kill you, but to save you." "But you are so big and I am so small!" Champak said with surprise. Firoz spoke, "Greatness is not in size, it is in the heart."

After that, a sweet friendship developed between the two. Champak taught the camel the way to keep smiling, and the camel taught Champak the value of patience and simplicity.

Moral 

Great friendship is not created by size or strength, but by love and understanding.
