THE FIVE WONDERS .
- So who could it be?
But on closer inspection, they found ropes tied to the window.
No one ever thought they would dare to enter that place.
By "that place," I mean The Haunted House. Aarav, Karthik, Rohan, and Vivaan were known to be brave-but this brave? I, for one, wouldn't have gone near it. Why take risks?
The house was famous for its four "myths," but the boys proudly called themselves Myth Busters. So, on Friday the 13th of July, they decided to prove once and for all that they weren't afraid of ghosts.
The night was dark and cold when they stepped inside. And immediately, they came across the **first myth-the Rotating Statue*. People said that whenever anyone walked near it, the statue mysteriously turned. Creepy, right? But after some careful watching, the boys discovered it only moved because of vibrations from footsteps.
They wrote in their notebook:
Myth 1 BUSTED!
Next came the **second myth**. A shadowy man was seen running down the corridor. Most of them nearly jumped out of their skin-but soon realized it was just an ordinary man sneaking through the house.
Myth 2 BUSTED!
Then came myth three-the Banging Window. Suddenly, the boys heard loud thuds echoing through the halls. Karthik was terrified. The strange man they had seen earlier had already left the house… so who could it be?
But on closer inspection, they found ropes tied to the window. Following them led back to the same man!
Myth 3 BUSTED!
The boys searched every corner for the fourth myth, but couldn't find anything. Tired and sleepy, they decided to leave. Before heading out, Aarav reminded them, "Let's take a selfie to remember this day!"
The next morning at school, everyone was buzzing about the haunted house. Rohan whispered, "We never solved the fourth myth…" Just then, Vivaan walked up and said casually,
"Sorry, I couldn't come yesterday. I had a fever."
The others froze.
"What?"
But before they could question him, class began. After school, Rohan quickly checked their selfie. His heart skipped a beat. In the photo, only **three** faces smiled back-Aarav, Karthik, and Rohan.
Vivaan was nowhere to be seen.
And that was the fourth myth: One of your friends will vanish.
Would you like me to make it slightly spookier (a real horror twist at the end) or keep it light and playful for kids?
