The Tale of the Two Gardeners

- Rohan realized that he had only planted one type of flower, which made it more vulnerable to disease, pests, and bad weather.

- Twisha Shah

I n a small village, two gardeners, Rohan and Karan, lived next door to each other. Both were known for their beautiful gardens, but their

approaches were very different.

Rohan worked tirelessly-nurturing every plant, removing every weed, and maintaining everything perfectly. Karan, on the other hand, seemed lazy.

He let his garden grow wild and didn't pay much attention to it.

One day, a severe storm hit the village, destroying many homes and gardens. Rohan's garden was completely ruined. But to everyone's surprise,

Karan's garden remained intact!

The villagers asked Karan how his garden had survived the storm. Karan explained, "I planted a variety of flowers, herbs, and trees. That made

my garden strong and resilient."

Rohan realized that his focus on perfection had made his garden fragile. He had only planted one type of flower, which made it more vulnerable to

disease, pests, and bad weather.

He learned an important lesson: diversity is strength.

From then on, Rohan changed his approach and began planting a variety of plants. Over time, his garden became stronger-and even more

beautiful than before.

Moral

Diversity and adaptability are key to success. By embracing variety and being open to change, we can build strength and resilience in our lives.
