Govt to offload 10% in BHEL, 7.5% in MUL

NEW DELHI, JANUARY 25 (AGENCIES)

New Delhi: Government today said it will offload 10 per cent stake in BHEL and 7.5 per cent stake in Maruti to raise close to Rs 2,400 crore in the next financial year.

"We will sell 10 per cent shares of BHEL and 7.5 per cent shares of Maruti in the next fiscal," Heavy Industry Minister Santosh Mohan Dev told reporters after a meeting with Finance Minister P Chidambaram.
