Charges in Bilkis case to be framed on October eight

MUMBAI, SEPTEMBER 29 (PTI) A special court would frame charges on October eight in the Bilkis Bano trial case that has been transferred from Gujarat to Maharashtra following a Supreme Court order.

Sessions Judge U D Salvi here today posted the matter for October eight for framing charges and denied the defence counsel the permission to obtain documents on which CBI did not rely upon while filing the chargesheet.
