20 feared killed as bus falls into river in Himachal Pradesh

SHIMLA, AUGUST 17 (PTI)

As many as 20 people were feared killed and 10 others were injured when a private bus plunged into the Beas river near Hanogi temple on the Mandi-Kullu national highway, 28 km from Mandi, this morning, police sources said here.

The incident occurred when the driver of the Mandi-Kullu bus lost control of the vehicle and it rolled down into the river, they said.
